Mr. Ebel stated that, to date, in the <br />Central Downtown Project, 43 options have been <br />signed and that we have committed $1,513,882. <br />b. Central Downtown Urban Renewal Project.,.: <br />R -66: President Wilhelm extended the Commission's. <br />thanks to Mr. James C. Miller, South Bend Tribune <br />Reporter, for an excellant article, in Sunday's <br />edition of The South Bend Tribune, of April 26, <br />1970, on this project. The number of office visits, as well <br />as hone calls, has increased substantially since <br />the usiness people are now aware terms of-firm <br />timetable for ownership and vacancy of the burld- <br />ings in which they operate their-businesses can be <br />disc sled.
