Duey et al. for Grade, Curb and Walk on Eddy St. from <br />Campau St. to South Bend Avenue. Referred to Engineer for Specifications. <br />Hearing called on Condemnation Resolution -No. 51 adopted on the 10 th. day of <br />March 1909. It appearing to the Board that an error occurred in advertising notice of <br />this hearing it is hereby ordered that a further hearing be given on said Resolution on <br />the 30th day of April, 1909, at 10:00 A.
