He resided here until <br /> 1899 when he sold it to Mary White. It remained in the White family until 1940 when <br /> Nora Wenger purchased the property. The present owners are Paul and Lillian Runnels. <br /> The house has a cross-shape plan with 2 small front porches with slender spindle <br /> columns. A bay window projects from the middle front of the house. Windows are 2/2 <br /> double hunq wood sash windows.
