Runnels around 1870. <br /> It is noted for its simple brick construction with cut stone lintels and sills. <br /> It is symmetrical in plan with the main 2-story body of the house being flanked by <br /> single story wings on the east & west: Louis' & Max Hamburger purchased the property <br /> at a Sheriff's sale held in 1879 for $108.07. The Hamburgers sold the property that <br /> same year to Charles Uhl who lived there until 1874. It was purchased by Ransom <br /> Hubbard in 1884 who lived across the street at 202 W. Front Street. The Hubbards <br /> owned the home until 1909 when Mary Hubbard, then widowed sold it to Francis D. <br /> Warner. The home was acquired by Zethia Loomis in 1918. She resided at 203 W. <br /> Front Street until 1926 when she sold the property to George & Mary Stockton. <br /> The home remained in the Stockton family intil 1974 when the present owners, Richard <br /> and Cleo Kaminski , purchased it from W.
