South Bend Supply Company has purchased <br />tract of land and has presented a tentative site <br />lopment plan requiring access roads. The two <br />osals are from the following firms: <br />1) City Planning Associated, Inc., Mishawaka <br />The total compensation shall not exceed <br />the maximum sum of $5,000. An accompany- <br />ing letter stated the billing would be <br />for actual hours worked, and, in all like- <br />lihood, would not exceed $4,300. <br />2) Huff - Neidigh & Associates, South Bend <br />A contract price of $4,250, constitutes <br />complete compensation for all services. <br />Bellinger apprised that we do not have the staff <br />lable for this work, with the Downtown, Code En- <br />ement, Ohio - Keasey and Model Cities programs mov- <br />in shortly. <br />President Wiggins asked Mr. Bellinger which of the <br />two firms could be expected to accomplish the work <br />faster? Mr. Bellinger apprised-both firms are capable <br />of doing the job.
