Mr. Bellinger apprised <br />about 230 parcels are involved in the Central ©owntown.Project. There <br />wil be some variance in the,parcels, as some may be removed from acqui- <br />sit on. <br />Mr. Jack Bowe, WSBT -TV Reporter, inquired if the negotiator will be em- <br />plo ed on a per month salary basis or contractual basis. Mr. Bellinger <br />app ised the negotiator's fee will be based on the established guide - <br />lin of negotiator fees set by HUD and is based on the value of each <br />pro erty. <br />Mr. Bellinger apprised approximately 10 Million Dollars is the approxi- <br />mate amount of real estate to be acquired in this project. Mr. Weaver <br />wil be on a contractual agreement with the Commission, will be respon- <br />sib a to the Commission, and whoever Mr. Weaver hires will be under Mr. <br />Weaver and paid by him. <br />b. They are <br />ve.r3 accommodating and in agreement. <br />4.
