APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A motion was requested by President Wiggins MINUTES APPROVED <br />on the minutes of the previous two meetings -- Regular <br />Minutes of October 3, 1969 and the Special Minutes <br />of October 13, 1969. On motion by Rev. Williams, <br />secon led by Mr. Helmen, minutes of both meetings <br />were pproved. Approval was unanimously passed. <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />On motion by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Rev. CLAIMS APPROVED <br />Williams, the claims were approved for payment, in <br />the amount of $57,587.42.
