Hammerschmidt, Legal Counsel, apprised Resolution <br />Jo. 275 is'for the. concurrence in acquisition prices of 88 parcels <br />f real estate, which the staff feels are fair and reasonable and <br />l e the result of three separate appraisals for each of the 88 <br />rcels, in the Central Downtown Urban Renewal Project, Indiana <br />-66. He stated he concurs with the staff and recommends the <br />(omission authorize the submission of the concurred- in.values <br />to the Chicago Regional Office of the Department of Housing and <br />Urban Development for their approval. <br />resident Wiggins asked if the acquisition prices are within the <br />cceptable spread previously maintained.
