YPPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />President Wiggins requested a motion on the MINUTES APPROVED <br />minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 15, 1969 <br />and of the Special Meeting of August 29, 1969, and <br />on motion by Mr. Wilhelm, seconded by Rev. Williams, <br />both o the minutes were approved as submitted. Ap.- <br />proval was unanimous by all Commissioners present. <br />3. <br />motion was requested for the payment of the <br />claims, totalling $228,614.83. On motion by Mr. <br />Helmen, seconded by Rev. Williams, the claims were <br />approv d for payment, as submitted, in the above <br />amount. <br />-1- <br />CLAIMS APPROVED <br />
