282 <br />Tuesday December 22, 1905. <br />The Board met inregular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papezynski absent. <br />,Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. 549 for Trunk Sewer on Meade, Huron and <br />Olive streets and Condemnation Resolution No. 43 was deferred until April 6th, <br />19092 at 10 A. M. <br />Lights ordered as follows: <br />Madison and St. ' lou,o:_- streets. -- <br />Hydraulic avenue, at Old Singer plant.. <br />Receipt fir d by C. P. DuComb for Bond of Louis A. Hickey for the No. 10 <br />Hose douse and signed by the United States Surety Company of Baltimore, Ma., <br />0 <br />President. <br />SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING DECEMBER 22ND, 1905, AT 7:15. <br />The Board met in special session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. Papezynski absent. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Pipe Sewer on Sixth <br />street from Washingtcn street to Kenwood avenue and for PJpe Sewer on Haney avenue <br />from May street to E. line of lot 53 Leers Add. under Improvement Resolutions Nos. <br />569 & 577 resp. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that the p ropertY assessed in said rolls filed December 4th, 190$2 is benefitted <br />in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that <br />the assessment rolls filed December 4th, 1905, and the final estimate allowed December <br />4th2 1905, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and <br />approved. <br />Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution No. 580 for Pipe Sewer on Niles avenue <br />from Howard street to Corby street. <br />In the above matter no remonstratoRs appeared and no remonstrances were filed. <br />The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the bene- <br />fits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost <br />of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and <br />approved. <br />Engineer filed estimated cost as follows: cc <br />Niles avenue Pipe Sewer ................$ 850,— <br />
