72 <br />Friday December 4th, 1909. <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papezynski absent. <br />Engineer filed assessment rolls and final estimates for Pipe Sewer on Sixth <br />street from Washington street to Kenwood avenue and on Haney avenue from -May street <br />to E. line of lot 53 Leer's addition, under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 569 & 577. <br />Resolved, that notice, as to the amounts of assessments be published for six <br />consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 5th day of <br />December, 1909, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such <br />assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 22nd day of December, 1909, at <br />7:15 P. M. <br />Resolved further, that the, -:entire work under the above contracts be accepted <br />and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall <br />be published on the 5th day of December, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times, <br />stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at'its <br />office in the City Hall on the 22nd day of December, 19W. at 7:15 P. M. <br />IMPROVE14ENT RESILUTION NO. 590. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That <br />an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: <br />Pipe Sewer on Niles avenue from Howard street to Corby street. Said improvement shall <br />be known and designated as ~THE NILES AVENUE PIPE SEVER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be <br />constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil <br />Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be publishdd on the 5th <br />day of December and on the 12th day of December, 1908, in the South Bend Daily Times. <br />This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on <br />the 22nd day of December, 1908, at,7:15 P. M. <br />A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in ayment for such work where <br />the property owner signs waiver required, as according o law. which said Bonds shall <br />bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annym, payable as provided by law. <br />Adopted this 4th. day of December, 1909. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />Petition filed by J.
