Deane <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Motion was requested by President Wiggins MINUTES APPROVED <br />on the minutes of the previous meeting of August 1, <br />1969. Mr. Wilhelm moved for adoption of the minutes, <br />as submitted, seconded by Mr. Chenney. Approval was <br />unanimous by all Commissioners present. <br />3. PPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />motion for the payment of the claims total- CLAIMS APPROVED <br />ling 40,235.46- -was made by Mr. Chenney, seconded <br />by Mr Helmen.
