APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />President Wiggins requested a motion on the MINUTES APPROVED <br />minutes of the previous meeting of July 18, 1969. <br />On motion by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Rev. Williams, <br />the minutes, as submitted, were approved. The "ayes" <br />were unanimous by all Commissioners. <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />A notion was requested on the claims -- totalling CLAIMS APPROVED <br />$160,739.77. On motion by Mr. Wilhelm, seconded by <br />Rev. Williams, the claims, in the amount of $160,789.77, <br />were a proved for payment, as submitted. The "ayes" <br />were u animous by all Commissioners. <br />
