M. Xll members present. <br />Hearing given on Assessment rolls and final estimates for cement sidewalk on <br />Colfax avenue in front of lot 4 Cobbs add and lot S Dunbars Sub. Brick Pavement <br />on Alley west of Lafayette street from Mayne street to Monroe street, Pipe Sewer <br />On Diamond avenue from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue. Under Improvement Resolut- <br />ions Nos. 529, 553 & 5-99 respectively. Also Water Connections on Washington street <br />from Michigan street to Walnut street. <br />Noremonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />rind that the property assessed in said rolls filed October 27th, 1909, is benefitted <br />in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that <br />the asse-.sment rolls filed October 27th, 1909, and the final estimates allowed <br />October 27th, 1905, should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, <br />confirmed and approved. <br />k 9 <br />President. <br />
