APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Rev. Billy W. Kirk <br />Mr. Earl King <br />Mr. John K. O'Brien <br />Mrs. Dorothy Z. Deane <br />President Wiggins requested a motion on the <br />minutes of the previous meeting of July 11, 1969. <br />On motion by Mr. Wilhelm, seconded by Mr. Helmen, <br />the minutes were approved, as submitted. Approval <br />was unanimous by all Commissioners present. <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />The Chair also requested a motion on the <br />claims--totalling $335,782.48. On motion by Mr. <br />Helmen, seconded by Rev. Williams, the claims, <br />in the amount of $335,782.48 - -as submitted - -were <br />approved for payment. Approval was unanimous by <br />all Commissioners present. <br />-1- <br />MINUTES APPROVED <br />CLAIMS APPROVED <br />
