Resolution No. 269: This Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 269, <br />authorizes the acceptance of a bid from Saints LASALLE PARK URBAN <br />zNlemori 1 Church of God in Christ, for Parcel No. RENEWAL PROJECT, <br />14 -14, in the LaSalle Park Urban Renewal Project, R -57 <br />R -57, The bid submitted was in the amount of <br />$675.00, which meets the minimum accepted dis- <br />position price approved by the Commission and the <br />HUD office. This site will be for the erection <br />of an educational building and off - street parking. <br />On motion by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Wilhelm, <br />Resolution No. 269 was approved and unanimously <br />passed b all Commissioners present. <br />h. <br />Certificate of Completion: Approval was <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLE- <br />request <br />d foirt-ie issuance of Certificates of Com- <br />TION, PARCELS 15 -18 <br />pletion <br />for parcels purchased for construction of <br />& 19 -4, LASALLE PARK <br />single-family <br />units.
