The Board met in regular session at 10 A.M. All menbers present. Cite Engineer reported Grade on Rogers street, same was approved by the Board. Contracting Bond of Michael Rhoda, filed and approved. Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 43, for the opening of a thoroughfare along the south sideaof the C.I k S.R.R. was deferred until Tuesday October 6th,1909. at 10 A.M. , Hearing on Kenwood avenue & 4&de street Trunk Sewer,under Improvement Resolution No.548 was deferred until Tuesday.October 6th,1909. at 10 A.M. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0.577. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana; that an improvement be made of the kinds size, locatio and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on Haney avenue ,from May street to Raymond court. Said improvement shall be known and designated as THE H.ANEY AVENUE PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT,and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 3rd day of October and on the loth day of October 1908, iA the South Bend Daily Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 20th day of October 1908, at 7-15 P.M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor- in payment for such work where the property owner sighs waiver required, as according tp law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of Six per cent. per annum,payable as provided by law, ADOPTED THIS 2nd DAY OF OCTOBER 1909. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.578. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Pipe Sewer on Hine.street, from Walnut street to Studebaker street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as THE HINE STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVE- -MENT and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be .published on the 3rd, day of October and on the loth, day of October 1908, in the South Bend Dail Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the.City Hall on the 20th, day of October 1909, at 7:15 P.M. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 3rd, day of October and on the 10th,day of October 1908, is the South Bend Deily Times. This board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall ofl-the 216th da r of October 1908i�'at 7:15 P.M.
