S75. .tesolved by the Board oP Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That nn improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Grading of Terrace- avenue from Portage -avenue to` -west end of concrete bridge at St. ;oseph river. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE TERRACE AVENUE TRADING IMPROVEMENT" and shall -be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23rd day of September and on the 30th day of September, 1909, &A 'bhi_South.Bend Daily Times. Thisr1Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City -.Hall on the 13th day of October, 1908, at 7-15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work -where. ` the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said Bonds ,shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this.22nd day of September, 1908. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE LELAND AVENUE GRADING IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23rd day of Sept. ° and the 30th day of September, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the -City Hall on the 13th day of October, 1905, at 7:15 P. M.
