219 <br />Friday September 4th. 1908. <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papezynski absent. <br />Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 43 continued until October 2nd, 1909, <br />at 10 A. M. <br />Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. for Trunk -Sewer on Meade, Huron & <br />Olive street was continued until October 2nd' 1908, at 10 A. M. <br />The following notice was ordered,served,on the Grand Trunk Western Ry. Co. <br />The Grand Trunk WesternRailway Company: <br />You are hereby notifie.d,to immediately eradicate and remove <br />the obstruction under your tracks where the same cross Cottrell avenue in the City of <br />South'Bend and to open the same and keep same open for the travel of the public. <br />Dated this 4th day of September, 1909. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />By "Edward J. S. & M. S. R. R. Lafayette street from Navarre street to Bronson street; Marion <br />street from Lot E. 1/2 of Lot 51 in Hendrick & Grants add to Leland avenue; Monroe stree <br />from Fellows street to Chapin street; Madison street from Lot 44 Hendrick & Grants <br />addition to Marion street, under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 522, 5235 525, 526, <br />527, 529, 530, 5312 532, 5343, 5352 536, 537, 5"2 5422 544 & 546 respectively, was <br />deferred until April 6th, 1909, at 10 A. M. <br />Hearing given an Deelaratory Resolution for Cement walks on Michigan street from <br />Wayne street to alley North of LaSalle avenue. Resolution No. 543. As the work <br />'-as been put in under private contract said resolution is hereby RESCINDED. <br />
