199' Tuesday August 4th, 1908. Hearing given on -Declaratory Resolution for Grade, Curb h Walk on May street from Broadway to Vistula avenue, under Improvement'Resolution No. 564. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were Piled. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same is hereby in all.things ratified. confirmed and approved.,. Engineer filed estimated cost of May street Grade, Curb & Walk as follows ........ $543.00 Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 6th day of August and on the 13th day of August, 1908, to the effect that this Board will receive bids for said improvements up to 10 ao mo on the lst day -of September, 190E52 The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Grade, Curb & Walk on St. Peter street from Corby street to Napoleon street and for Brick Pavement on Alley south of Jefferson street from Lafayette.street to William street, under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 495 & 552 respectively. No remonstrators appearedandno remonstrances were filed. The Board.therefore find that the property assessed in said roils filed July 21, 1909, is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the a^sessment rolls filed July 21st, 19CO, and the final estimate allowed July 21st, 1906, should be and the same Are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
