18 <br />Tuesday July lith, 1909. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 564. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />That an improvement -be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as <br />follows: Grade, Curb & Talk on May street from Vistula avenue to Broadway. Said <br />improvement shall be known and designated as "THE MAY STREET GRADE CURB.&'WALK <br />IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications <br />prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall <br />be published on the 15th day of July -and on the 22nd day of July 190F. in the South <br />Bend Daily Times. This Boardwill give a hearing on this resolution at its office <br />in the City Hall on the 4th day of August', 1909, at 7:15 P. M. <br />A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where <br />the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. <br />_Adopted this 14th day of July, 1905. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />ACTING PRESIDENT. <br />SPECIAL.SESSION TUESDAY EVENING JULY t H, 19099'At 7:15. <br />The Board met in Special session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. McInerny absent. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Grade, Curb & Walk on <br />Poland street from Harris street to the C. I. & S. R. R; Anthony street from Bertrand <br />street to the alley north of Longley avenue; Lindner street from Michigan avenue to <br />LaPorte avenue; Blaine avenue from Lederers addition to LaPorte avenue, Brick Sewer <br />on East Madison street from Notre Dame street to Frances street, Pipe Sewer on <br />LaPorte avenue from wilber street to Euclid avenue and on Eddy street from Campau <br />street to LaSalle avenue. All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 493, 4941, 4961, <br />497, 5052 517 & 519 respectively. <br />No remonstrators appeared <br />find that the property assessed <br />in the amount of assessments as <br />the assessment rolls filed June <br />June 23rd, 1909, ahould be and <br />and approved. <br />and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />in said rolls filed June 23rd, 190g, is benefitted <br />shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that <br />23rd, 1908, and the final est'mates allowed <br />the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed <br />Acting President. <br />
