Tuesday June 23rd, 1909. _ The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papezynski absent. Engineer filed assessment rolls and final estimates for Grade, Curb & Walk on Poland street from Harris street to the G. I. & S. R. R. Grade, Curb & Walk on Anthony street from Bertrand street to the alley North of Longlegt avenue; Grade, Curb & Walk on Lindner street from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue, Grade, Curb &Walk on Blaine avenue from Leder.er's addition to LaPorte avenue, Brick Sewer on - Madison street from Notre Dame street to Frances street, Pipe Sewer on LaPorte avenue from Wilber street to Euclid avenue and Pipe Sewer on Eddy street from Campau street to LaSalle avenue, all under improvement Resolutions Nos. 493, 494, 496, 497; 505, 517 & 519 respectively.. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 24th day of June, 1909, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 14th day of July, 1909, at 7:15 P.T¢I. Resolved further, that.the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 24th day of Tune, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the accpptanee of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 14th day of July, 1908. at 7:15 P. 14. Union street; Grade, Curb & Walk on Baker street from Adams street to the first alley east of Adams street and Grade, Curb & Walk on Carroll street from Calvert street to the first alley south of Calvert street, Grading on E.
