Friday June 5th, 1905. <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. <br />Be it resolved by the Board of Public Works that the resolution heretofore <br />adopted upon the,Z4th day of May, 1909, amending the specifications <br />as originally drawn for the pavement on t+PEst Washington street, upon which bids will <br />be received June 16th, 1909, providing for the paverent of the space between the <br />street railway tracks with brick instead of; asphalt, is hereby in all things rescinded <br />and the specifications as originally drawn providing for the pavement of the space <br />between the street railway tracks with asphalt are.and the same is hereby in all thin- <br />gs confirmed and approved. a-Z) <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. <br />The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benef- <br />its to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost <br />of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed <br />and. approved. <br />Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the <br />5th clay of June and on the 12th day of June, 1908,to the effect that this Board <br />will receive bids for said improvements up to 11:30 A. M. on the 16th day of <br />June, 1909. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. <br />President. , <br />
