Engineer filed assessment rolls -and final estimates for Pipe Sewers -on Webster street from Sample street to Huron street; Miami street from Bowman street to Fox street; Harrison avenue from Michigan avenue to Quincy street and on Pennsylvania avenue & High street from Wenger street to Michigan street, all under Improvement Resolutions No-s. 511, 513, 514 & 521 respectively. Resolved, that.notiees as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 23rd day of May, 190$.1) stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of June, 1909, at 7:15 P. M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 23rd day of May, 1909, in the South Bend Daily Times., stating that this Board will -give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 9th day of June, 1909, at 7:15 P._M. Hearing given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on California street from Woodward_avanue to DeMaude avenue under Improvement Resolution #44G No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were -filed. The Board therefore find.that the property assessed in said rolls filed May 1st, 19091, is benefitted in the, amount of assessments as shown on saidt rolls, and the Board further find that the a assessment roll filed May lst, 1909, and the final estimate allowed May 111908$ should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Bonds of Chas. Coussens & Co released on the Cherry street Pipe Sewer and those of C. H. Defrees released on the DeMaude avenue Brick Pavement and the California street Brick Pavement. Lights ordered turner on in the City Parks. Light ordered installed at the Corner of Campau street and Coquillard street and one at the Corner of Thomas street & Laurel street. President.
