Tuesday May 12th, 1905. <br />The Board met in regular eession at 10 A. M. Mr._MeInerny absent. <br />Remonstrance filed by Chas. Bemis et. al. against the opening of Carroll street <br />to Tutt street. <br />Application filed by John R ,thank,_ for position. as Inspector. <br />Petition filed for the opening of an alley from Poland street to Ford street. <br />The following Contractor Bonds were filed and approved: <br />Louis E. Zeiger, George Knoblock and John Yant. <br />Petition filed for lights at the Corner of Campau street and Coquillard street and. <br />at the corner of Campay street and Arthur street. All members present. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Grade, Curb & Talk on <br />Maple street from .-Washington street to Division street;Kendall street from Indiana <br />avenue to Alley north of Leon Court; King street from Portage avenue to Blaine avenue; <br />Cedar street from Frances street to Arthur street; Chapin street from Indiana avenue to <br />Alley north of Leon Court, Pipe Sewer on Niles avenue from Howard street to St. Vincent <br />street; Howard avenue from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue; Blaine-gvenue from <br />Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue and on LaPorte avenue from Lot 74 Birner Place <br />addition to Oak street; Lindner street from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue; Allen, <br />Birner & Harvey streets in Birner Place addition; Wood street from Michigan -avenue to <br />Marion street, all under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 447, A45, 425, 490_k10," <br />512, 5157516, 519 & 520 respectively <br />Remonstrance filed by George Rush et. al. against the amount of their assessments <br />on the Blaine avenue Sewer Improvement. Remonstrance over -ruled. <br />No further remonstrators appeared and no further remonstrances were filed. All othe <br />remonstrances over -ruled.
