121 Tuesday April 21st, 1905. The Board met in regularsession at 10 A. M. Mr. Mclnerny absent. Bids were opened and referred to the Engineer for tabulation for Grade, Curb & Walk on St. Peter street from Corby street to Napoleon street. Acting President. SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING APRIL 21st, 1908s At 7:15. The Board met in Special session at-7:15 P. M. All members present. Remonstrances were Filed against the William street, W. Monroe street, Taylor street, South street and Wayne street proposed sidewalk improvements. Hearing on Declaratory Resolutions for Cement sidewalks (Where not already laid) on Franklin street from Wayne street to South street, Taylor street from Marion street to Railroad street, Division street from alley west of Main to Chapin street, Bronson street from Michigan street to Carroll street, Columbia street from Wayne street to Bronson street, Carroll street from Vistula avenue to Bronson street, Chapin street from Jefferson to Division street, Colfax avenue in front of lot 4 Cobb's Sub and lot 9 Dunbar's Sub. Wayne street from Chapin street to Carroll street, Wood street from Madison street to Marion street, William street from Washington street to South Street, Washington street from LaFayette street to 1st alley east, Vistula avenue from Washington street to South street, South street from alley east of Columbia street to Taylor street, St. Joe street from Washington street to Division street, Scott street from Washington street to L. S. & M. S. R. R. LaSalle avenue from Michigan street to alley west of Scott street, Lafayette street from Navarre street to Bronson street, Jefferson street from Chapin street to Vistula avenue, Michigan avenue from 2nd alley west of LaSalle avenue to Scott street, Marion street from Lot E. 1/2 lof Lot 51 Henrick & Grants add to Leland ave, Michigan street from Wayne street to alley north of LaSalle avenue, Monroe street iron Fellows street to Chapin street, Main street from Marion street to Bronson street, Madison street from lot 44 Henrick & Granta add to Marion street. All under Improvement resolutions Nos. 522, 523, 524,525, 526, 527,5289 529, 530, 531, 532, 533, 534, 535, 536, 5317 539, 539 540, 5412 5422 543, 544, 545 & 546 respectively, Was deferred until August 4th, 19057 at 7:15 P. M. BE IT RESOLVED that the property owners on the above mentioned streets be given 'he privilege of putting in their sidewalks under private contracts up to August 4th2 1909, and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to issue permits to --any Contractor applying for same.
