12, <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present., <br />Contractor Bond of Hugh Anderson filed and approved. <br />Bids were opened and referred to the Engineer for tabulation for Plumbing and <br />"team Heating for No. 10 Hone House. The opening of bids for Hot Air heating for said <br />Hose House was deferred until TuesdaY April 14th! 1908, at 10 A. M. <br />Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution No. 47 for the opening of Meade street <br />across the right of way of the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern Railway Company. <br />In the above matter no remonstrator appeared and no remonstrances were filed . <br />The Board therefore declare the above property condemned and appropriated for pUblic use <br />,,nd the above resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />The Board having fully considered said matter, decide that the damages and benefits <br />^re equal and that none of the real estate mentioned in the assessment roll herein is <br />specially benefitted or damaged and the said assessment roll is here -upon adopted. <br />It is further ordered that notice of such awards of damages and assessment of ben# - <br />fits, be served by the Police Department according to law, and that a hearing be had <br />on April 29th, 1908, at 10 A. M. for the purpose of hearing or receiving objections from <br />Rny person or persons interested in said matter. <br />Remonstrance filed by C. W. Wenger et. al. against a proposed pipe sewer on <br />Fast Indiana avenue from Carroll street to High street. <br /># Revised Plat of Robinson's 1st addition filed and approved. <br />PRESIDENT. <br />
