Mr. Bellinger stated they were and <br />that vi tually all grants sire for the maximum amount <br />permitt d, since incipient improvements are eligible. <br />Mr. Wil elm moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. <br />Chenney, and the two grants were approved. <br />c. Resolution No. 261 This Resolution is <br />for the authorizaton of the filing of HUD -61449 <br />request for concurrence in acquisition prices, <br />to purc ase Parcel No. 41 -10, in the LaSalle Park <br />Urban R newal Project, R -57. This property is <br />located at 318 South Dundee Street and was initially <br />selectec for rehabilitation and to be used for the <br />-5- <br />.RESOLUTION 'NO. °.261, <br />PARCEL 41 -10, <br />LASALLE'PARK URBAN <br />RENEWAL PROJECT, <br />R -57 <br />Davis Realty <br />Richard A.
