Mr. Wilhelm asked if the unounts were substantially up to the,maxi- mum of 3,000. Mr. Bellinger stated they were and that vi tually all grants sire for the maximum amount permitt d, since incipient improvements are eligible. Mr. Wil elm moved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Chenney, and the two grants were approved. c. Resolution No. 261 This Resolution is for the authorizaton of the filing of HUD -61449 request for concurrence in acquisition prices, to purc ase Parcel No. 41 -10, in the LaSalle Park Urban R newal Project, R -57. This property is located at 318 South Dundee Street and was initially selectec for rehabilitation and to be used for the -5- .RESOLUTION 'NO. °.261, PARCEL 41 -10, LASALLE'PARK URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT, R -57 Davis Realty Richard A. Muessel & Company Mr. Bellinger stated he anticipated other firms will also stow interest. The selection of a firm will be on qualifications. 5. NEW BUSINESS a. Option Agreements: Approval of four (4) OPTION AGREEMENTS, Option Agreements was requested, in the LaSalle-Park LASALLE PARK URBAN Urban Renewal Project, R -57, for the following RENEWAL PROJECT, parcels: R -57 5 -13, 33 -19, 33 -19B and 37 -11. On moti )n by Mr. Wilhelm, seconded by Mr. Chenney, the above Option Agreements were approved for ac- quisiti n and the President was authorized to sign the doc ments. Approval was unanimous. b.
