61: <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A.-M. All members present. <br />Petition filed for the Grading; of the lst alley hest of Miami street from <br />Broadway to Penn ave. Referred to the Engineer. <br />Tearing on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on Miami <br />street from Vistula avenue to BOINman street was deferred until January 7th, 190F <br />at 10A. M. , <br />Hearin; om Declaratory Resolution No. 509 for Pipe Sewer on Edward street was <br />Deferred until Janaury 17th, 190g, at 10 A. M. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on Oak <br />street from Scott street to LaPorte avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 437, <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that the property assessed in said rolls filed December 6th, 1907, is benefitted <br />in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that <br />the assessment roll filed December 6th, 1907, and the final estimate allowed December <br />6th, 1907, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and <br />approved, as amended. <br />Haarinrg given on Vacation Resolution No. 51, vacating the following described <br />property, to -grit: <br />All of the 14 foot alley lying west of lots 11, 12, 132 142 152 162 172 <br />182 19 & 20 in Perley Lumber Company Addition. Also 7 foot alley lying north of lot <br />PO in Perley Lumber Company Addition. <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. <br />The Board therefore declare the.above described property vacated. <br />The property of Joseph Schmidt his benefitted in the am ount of $15.00. No property <br />is injuriously affected The property of Joseph Schmict'�s"herefore assesed $15.00 <br />Now comes Joseph 'Schi i t�3` ° ` p „an°ci'waives notice of assessment under Vacation Resolution No. 51, <br />end pays into the City Treasury the sum of $15.00. <br />
