SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING DECEMBER 17th, 1907, AT3 7:15 P. 14. "The Bard net in special session at 7:15 P. M. All members present. Remonstrance filed against the proposed Pipe Sewer on Harrison ave. OVERGRULED. Rt-:-monstrance filed against the proposed Pipe Sewer on Pennsyl4vani6avenue and High street. OVER -RULED. Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. 509, for Pipe Sewer on Edward street deferred until January 3rd, 190S, at 10 A. M. Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution s for the following improvements: Trunk Sewer on East Madison street from Notre Dame street to Eddy street and Pipe Sewers on the following streets: Niles avenue from Howard street to St.Vincent street; Webster street from Sample street to Huron st-eet; Howard avenue from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue; Miami street from Bowman street tor'ox street; Harrison avenue from Michigan avenue to Quincy street; Blaine avenue & LaPorte avenue from Michigan avenue to Oak street; Lindner street from Michigan avenue to LaPorte avenue; LaPorte avenue from a point 110 feet east of Euclid avenueto "rilber street and Norte on Wilber street. about 70 feet; Allen street, Birner street and Harvey street in Birner Place Addition; Eddy street from Campajt street to LaSalle avenue and on Wood street from Michigan avenue to Marion street. All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 509, 510, 5112 5122 5132 5142 5152 5162 5177 51S` 519 & 520 respectively. Also Pipe Sewer on Pennsylvania avenue & High street from Wenger street to Michigan street, under Improvement Resolution No. 521. In the above matter no further remonstrators appeared and no further remonstran- ces were filed. All other remonstrances were over -ruled. The Boar' therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the city of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified confirmed and approved.
