29 <br />Wednesday November 20th. 1907. <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. 19. Mr. Nicar. absent. <br />Engineer filed tabulation of bids received for the No. 10 Hose House. Same will <br />be taken up with the Board of Public Safety at a later date. <br />Hearing on Assessment roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on California <br />street and Woodward avenue., deferred until Friday Nov. 22, 19072 at 10 A. M. <br />Hearing on roll of awards of damages and assessment of benefits in the matter <br />of the opening of Olive street-, under Condemnation Resolution No. 30, was deferred <br />until Friday November 29th, 1907, at 10 A. M. <br />Hearing given on Condemnation Resolutions for the opening of Woodward & Elwood aver <br />From Portage avenue to Terrace avenue; Opening of Rupel street, Werwinski street, Alley <br />'�etween Werwinski street & Longley avenue, College street and Longley avenue across the <br />I. I. & I. R. R. and the opening of Terrace avenue from Woodward avenue to the St. Joseph <br />''fiver, all under. Condemnation Resolutions Nos. 36, 372 392 39, 40, 41 & 42.respectively. <br />In the above matter the remonstrances of the railroad company were over -ruled. <br />"?o further remonstrators appeared and no further remonstrances were filed. The Beard <br />therefore declare the above ProRerty in all things condemned and appropriated for <br />public use. <br />Engineer filed rolls showing awards of damages and assessment of benefits in the <br />opening of Rupel street; Werwinski street; Alley between Werwinski street & Longley ave; <br />College street; Longley avenue & Terrace avenue, under Condemnation ResolutionsNos. <br />377 38, 39, 40, 41 & 42 respectively. <br />The Board having fully considered said matter, decide that the damages and the <br />benefits are equal and that none of the real estate mentioned in the assessment rolls <br />herein is specially benefitted or damgged and said assessment rolls are here -upon adopted. <br />It is further ordered that notice of such awards of damages and assessment of <br />benefits be served by the Police Department, according to law, and that a hearing be <br />had on Zepember-• 17th, 19072 at 10 A. M., for the purpose of hearing and receiving <br />objections from any person or persons interested in said matter. <br />-10 "L <br />PRESIDENT. <br />
