<br />d. Resolution No. 251, authorization_ to submit
<br />HUD P rm 6144 for the acquisition of Parcel #6 -3,
<br />located in the LaSalle Park Urban Renewal Project,
<br />R -57. The Commission was apprised that the subject
<br />prope ty consisted of a single family home found'to
<br />be in easible of rehabilitation and has been recom-
<br />mendel for acquisition. On motion by Mr. Wilhelm,
<br />secon ed by Rev. Williams, Resolution No. 251 was
<br />adopt 2d and approved unanimously.
<br />Resolution No. 252. This Resolution pro-
<br />vides assurance of non - discrimination in connection
<br />with on -cash local grant -in -aid being furnished for
<br />LaSal e Park Urban Renewal. Project, R -57, and in-
<br />volve Parcels #14 -2, #27 -1 and #32 -13.- This Resolu-
<br />tion is required in order to satisfy governmental
<br />regulations as they apply to non - discriminatory action.
<br />On_mo ion;by Mr. Wilhelm, seconded by Mr. Helmen,
<br />Resol tion No. 252 was adopted.
<br />F. Change Order No. 4 (Revised), Contract Div.
<br />I Part A Chapin Street Urban Renewal Project R -29.
<br />The Commission was apprised that the Chapin Street
<br />Urban Renewal Project is being closed out and the
<br />staff has received final site improvement costs.
<br />Change orders previously approved were based on the
<br />best information available at that time. Change
<br />Order No. 4 was previously approved in the amount of
<br />$21,150.14, and the revised final change order
<br />increases this amount, based on actual costs, to
<br />$21,794.30. On motion by Mr. Helmen, seconded by
<br />Rev. Rilliams, Change Order No. 4 (Revised), was
<br />approved, in the amount of $21,794.30.
<br />Change Order No. 4, Contract Div. II,
<br />Chapin g. Change
<br />Urban Renewal Project R -29. The
<br />previous Change Order No. 4, was dated August 14,
<br />1968, and approved by the Redevelopment Commission
<br />October 3, 1968, for the amount of $19,246.78 (in
<br />crease). The final revised Change Order has been
<br />corrected to show an increase of $19,156.88, or
<br />a savings of $89.90. On motion by Mr. Wilhelm,
<br />seconded by Rev. Williams, the final revised
<br />Chan e Order No. 4, Contract Div. II, in the
<br />amou t of $19,156.88, was unanimously approved.
