Niear absent. <br />Routine business only transacted. <br />SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING OCTOBER•29TH, 1907, AT 7:15 <br />The Board met in Speeial Session at 7:15 P.A. Mr. Niear absent. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Water Conneetions <br />on Broadway street from Lafayette street to Carroll street; Brisk Pavement on Alley <br />west of Michigan street from Wayne street to Division street; Brisk Pavement on Rush <br />street from`Monroe street to Sample street; Pipe Sewer on Howard street from Leeper <br />avenue to St. Louis street; Cement sidewalk on Howard street from Lawrence street <br />to Notre Dame street; Grade, Curb & Walk on Jackson street from Sample street to <br />Dunham street•, Grade, Curb & Walk on Calvert street from Leer street to Caroline <br />street. All under Improvement Resolution Nos. 492, 4790 42224452 475 & 446 resp. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that the property assessed in said rolls filed September 27th, 1907, is <br />benefitted in the amount of a--sessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further <br />find that the assessment rolls filed September 27th, 19079 and the final estir-:ate <br />allowed September 27th, 1907, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratifieyl <br />confirmed and approved. <br />W-S&3d"ent.'�-�) <br />61 <br />
