The Commission has offered the <br />of these parcels and..are.to be utilized for single <br />Ly dwelling sites. Mr. Wilhelm asked if the soil has <br />checked on these parcels. Mr. Bellinger stated they <br />not, but they would be checked before any deed is <br />ed. Motion for adoption of Resolution No. 246.was <br />by Mr. Wilhelm, seconded by Mr. Chenney. <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />246, LASALLE PARK <br />URBAN RENEWAL <br />PROJECT, R -57 <br />Cheney, seconded by Mr. Wilhelm, Resolution No. 249 <br />was owed for adoption. <br />f. Investments on Pro:iect Expenditures Account INVESTMENTS, <br />Fund R -56 R -57 and the Urban Redevelopment District ACCOUNT FUND R -56. <br />Ca i al Fund to James R. Borror, Deputy Controller: R -57, AND URBAN <br />The amounts and the time of proposed investment have REDEVELOPMENT <br />been determined by the auditing portion of the Re DISTRICT CAPITAL <br />development staff. The total investments recommended FUND <br />are as follows: <br />Project Expenditures <br />Account Fund R -56: $190,000 <br />P oject Expenditures <br />A count Fund R -57 500,000 <br />U ban Redevelopment <br />District Capital Fund 525,000 <br />-5- <br />Mr. Marehmont Kovas asked the cost of this land. <br />Mr. <br />Bellinger stated _the . total price is $1,231 for the two <br />lots. <br />This is a concurred in price and has been.approved <br />by HUD. <br />d. <br />Resolution No. 247: This Resolution is to RESOLUTION NO. <br />authorize <br />the acceptance of a bid from Anderson Jones 247, LASALLE PARK <br />for <br />Disposition Parcels #15 -16, #15 -17, #16 -20 and URBAN RENEWAL <br />#16 -21- <br />-all located in LaSalle Park Urban Renewal Pro- PROJECT, R -57 <br />ject, <br />R -57. Mr. Wilhelm asked if Jones was an individual <br />or part <br />of a corporation. Mr. Bellinger stated. the <br />parcels <br />were sold to Mr. Anderson Jones personally. On <br />motion <br />by Mr.. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Chenney, Resolu- <br />tion <br />No. 247 was moved for adoption. <br />e. <br />Resolution No.,249: This Resolution is to RESOLUTION NO. <br />give <br />assurance of non - discrimination in connection with 249, LASALLE PARK <br />non -cash <br />local grant -in -aid being furnished for Chapin URBAN RENEWAL <br />Stre <br />t Urban Renewal Project, R -29. On motion by Mr. PROJECT, R -57 <br />Cheney, seconded by Mr. Wilhelm, Resolution No. 249 <br />was owed for adoption. <br />f.
