King, Secretary- <br />President Wiggins opened this portion of the meeting with the regular order <br />of business and requested the roll call show all Commissioners are present <br />and voting. We are short one Commissioner, because the Trustees, as of this <br />meeting, have not appointed the fifth-Commissioner, resulting in a vacancy <br />by the resignation of Rev. Mr. Billy W. Kirk, who is now occupying a position <br />with our staff as Relocation Director, which had previously been held by the <br />late Oliver J. Scott. The Trustee President, Mr... Byron W...Sheets,.gave as- <br />surance he hoped in the next couple of weeks a new Commissioner will be ap- <br />pointed, and, until that thime, this Commission will operate with four.Com- <br />missione s. <br />
