They stated the added time is needed to <br />assure <br />maximum quality of work and have requested a <br />30-day <br />extension. The appraisal of irremovable fix- <br />tures <br />would be completed by the end of this month. <br />The areas <br />designated for early acquisition have al- <br />ready <br />been completed and submitted to HUD for ap- <br />proval. <br />On motion by Mr. Kompar, seconded by Mr. <br />Helme <br />, the 30 -day extension was authorized by the <br />Commission <br />for completion of the work by S. M. Dix & <br />Associates, <br />Inc. <br />S. OLD <br />BUSINESS <br />a <br />A Resolution eulogizing Oliver J. Scott, <br />RESOLUTION <br />Relocation <br />Director for the Department of Redevelop- <br />EULOGIZING <br />ment, <br />was presented by President Wiggins. On motion <br />OLIVER -J. SCOTT <br />by Mr. <br />Helmen, seconded by Reverend Kirk, this resolu- <br />tion <br />s adopted this 5th day of December, 1968, and is <br />to be <br />a permanent part of our records. A special copy <br />was p <br />epared and is being framed, to be given to Mrs. <br />Olive <br />J. Scott, along with other material commemora- <br />tive <br />o her husband.
