Sh stated she is being deprived of Federal assistant to remodel and improve her home because we are unabl to secure a low - interest loan of 3 %, or a grant, fo Urban Renewal-activities. The Housing Act of 1968, applying to low - interest loans for rehabili- tation, and Urban Renewal Grants, were explained to the daughter, Kathleen Szabo, and that they could apply to outside of the area projects, if funded.
