Helmen, Member <br />were Absent: <br />t declared a quorum present. <br />The Pres dent reported that this Special Meeting was convened pursuant to a <br />duly dated an signed Notice of Special Meeting which was mailed and telephoned to <br />each Commissi ner in due time, form, and manner as required by law. The President <br />read the orig nal of the "Notice and Certificate" set forth below; and the same <br />was ordered spread on the minutes, as follows:. <br />NOTICE AND CERTIFICATE <br />1. NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING TO THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE SOUTH <br />BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT <br />Notice i hereby given that a Special Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission Go erning Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment <br />will be held t 120 West LaSalle Avenue, Suite 1001 in the City of South Bend <br />the regular meeting place thereof, at 9:30 o'clock A.M. on the 24th day of <br />September, 1968 for the purpose of considering the passing of proposed Resolution <br />No. 234, A Resolution Authorizing the Sale, Issuance and Delivery of Preliminary <br />Loan Notes in the Aggregate Principal Amount of $376,000.00, the Execution of <br />Requisition Agreement No. l,. and the Execution and Delivery of Project Temporary <br />Loan Note No. 1, in Connection with Project No. Ind.
