Resolution <br />224 received Commission approval on motion by <br />RESOLUTION 224 <br />Mr. Kompar, <br />seconded by Mr. Chenney, and authorizes the extension <br />CHAPIN ST. PROJECT, <br />of the basic <br />loan note resolution to incorporate the Amendatory Ap- <br />R -29 <br />plication for <br />the Chapin Street Project, R-29.1 The previous loan <br />note was in <br />the amount of $1,433,047, and with the increase approved <br />today the note <br />will amount to $1,644,158: - <br />b. Similar <br />to the above resolution, the Commission approved <br />RESOLUTION,225 <br />Resolution 225 <br />in which the Amendatory Application costs are to <br />LASALLE PARK <br />be incorporated <br />into the basic loan note resolution for the La- <br />PROJECT, R -57 <br />Salle Park Project, <br />R -57, on motion by Rev. Kirk, seconded by <br />Mr. Kompar. <br />With the approval of this resolution the basic loan <br />note resolution <br />is increased to $3,284,868 from the original <br />note of $2,600,808. <br />c.
