•J <br />w <br />�a <br />approximately 57 additional developed properties and 118 vacant lots. <br />In view of these pending changes, and the complexity of the work <br />involved, with the staff already working to capacity, the Commission <br />approved the execution of a Contract with City Planning Associates <br />to prepare the amendatory application to the Loan and Grant <br />Contract, at a cost of $6,000 to be completed in 30 days, upon the <br />mdt on b Mr. Kompar, seconded by Rev. Kirk. <br />6. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />a, emolition Contract Preparation, LaSalle Park, R -57. The <br />staff has received approval of the draft of the Demolition Contract <br />for LaSalle Park Project, R -57, from Chicago DHUD Office, and it <br />should ba ready to be advertised for bids within a week or 10 days. <br />The Cont act will be awarded two weeks from date of advertisement. <br />An addendum will be added to the Contract to include additional <br />buildings as acquired. The Commission approved the advertising <br />for bids upon Contract completion, in the interest of saving a <br />few days delay, upon the motion by Mr. Kompar, seconded by Mr. Chenney. <br />GRANT CONTRACT, <br />LASALLE PARK, <br />R -57 <br />DEMOLITION <br />CONTRACT FOR <br />LASALLE PARK <br />R -57, BID <br />ADVERTISING <br />APPROVED <br />b. Zelocation Progress Report, LaSalle Park, R -57. Mr. Scott RELOCATION <br />has made substantial progress in relocating families from the Place PROGRESS, LASALLE <br />Homes. Two large families, consisting of 10 persons each, already PARK, R -57 <br />have been moved.
