TYPE <br />Filled lii art III � AS � a �m,u � .� � SHALL BE <br />AS <br />DESCRIPTION SPECIFIEI <br />There shall be two compression trip assemblies consisting of three <br />pieces: %Z" x 3-1/2" A36 steel mechanical slide, with a 5-5/16" O.D. <br />x 23-1/4" free height x 21/32" bar diameter spring. <br />The spring is to be made from AISI 5160H steel with a tensile <br />strength of 112,000 - 140,000 PSI, rated at 195#/inch of <br />compression. <br />The reversing cylinders shall have a 3" bore x 10" stroke, 2" <br />diameter chrome plated rod. Nitrated cylinders are also acceptable. <br />The hydraulic hoses are to be abrasion resistant, extremely flexible <br />and work in a temperature range of -50 to 250 degrees F. The 1/2" <br />I.D. hose is rated at 3,000 PSI working pressure and 12,000 PSI <br />burst pressure. <br />Included with the hydraulic system is a DXV double relief cushion <br />valve set at 1,800 PSI. <br />The A -frame is to be constructed of 2-1/2" x 4" x 13.8# ship and <br />car channel with a 1" x 5" oscillating plate. <br />The oscillating plate is to have a hole to accept a minimum 1-1/4" <br />bolt. 1.5" Henderson <br />All hardware and fasteners shall be electronically plated and <br />corrosion resistant. <br />All fasteners shall be grade 8, both cap -screw and nut. <br />All nuts shall be locking hex nuts, grade 8. <br />All hydraulic hoses shall meet the following requirements. The <br />hoses shall have a .515" I.D. x .820" O.D., shall have a maximum <br />burst pressure of 3,000 PSI, a minimum burst pressure of 12,000 <br />PSI. The inner tube of the hose shall be seamless oil resistant <br />copolyester and reinforced on the outside with one braid of high <br />tensile steel wire. The cover on the outside of the hoses shall be <br />weather/abrasion resistant black nylon braided with one blue plate <br />of cover yarn for identification <br />12 <br />27 <br />(Circle One) <br />
