Recently, the Redevelopment Commission authorized application RESOLUTION 161, <br />for relocation adjustment payments in the Chapin Street Project, R -29. CHAPIN, R -29 <br />As a routine step and ,a follow up of that approval', the staff requests <br />approval of Resolution 161 which amends the basic loan note resolution <br />and in reases the monetary provision. Resolution 161 received the approval <br />of the Commission upon the motion by Mr. Kompar, seconded by Mr. Chenney. <br />b. The staff has completed preparation of the Land Utilization . LUMS CONTRACT <br />and Marketability Study Contract for the Central`Core Project, R -66, READY FOR EXE- <br />by and between Dr. Edwin Rams of Urban Research Associates and the CUTION, R -66 <br />Redevelopment Department. Subject to legal counsel review, the <br />Commission approved the LUMS Contract for signature, upon the motion <br />by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Mr. Kompar. In connection with this <br />contract, it is necessary for the staff to submit a budget revision <br />to the Chicago DHUD Office. <br />c. The Commission approved the execution of three additional 3 OPTION AGREE - <br />option agreements for parcels in the LaSalle Park Project, R -57, upon MENTS, R -57 <br />the motion by Mr. Che.nney, seconded by Mr. Kompar.
