The <br />Commission voted to approve Resoltuion 159, subject to the <br />RESOLUTION 159 <br />approval of <br />legal counsel, upon the motion by Mr. Kompir, seconded by <br />CHAPIN STREET, <br />Mr. Chenney. <br />This resolution authorizes.the execution of the second <br />R -29 <br />amendatory contract <br />for the Chapin Street Troject, R -29, which in fact <br />is the acceptance <br />of the contract recently submitted, and is now to <br />become the new <br />contract for this Project.. This new contract °is.in - <br />creased to provide <br />primarily for relocation adjustment payments. <br />b. Resolution <br />160 received Commission approval, and authorizes the <br />RESOLUTION 160 <br />sale issuance, <br />and delivery of Prey urinary Loan Notes in the amount <br />CHAPIN STREET <br />of $568,000, <br />Requisition Agreement No. 5, Temporary.Loan Note No. 6, <br />R -29 <br />for_the - Chapin <br />Street ':Project, R -29, upon the motton.by Mr. Chenney, <br />seconded by <br />r.
