SCOPE <br />The Parties agree to the following as the scope of the work: <br />Provider shall grant the City six (6) licenses for developed software at the fee <br />stated in the Agreement, three (3) of which licenses will be used by the City's <br />Engineering Department and shall allow users from the Engineering Department <br />the following access rights: <br />*Access to view the Property Records Database maintained by the City's <br />Building Department. <br />*Access to Plan Review for the City with the ability to write/comment in <br />the Engineering field for Plan Review. <br />*Access to view Subdivision and Zoning Database for the City with the <br />ability to write/comment in the Engineering Review tab. <br />Provider shall make a copy of the current Area Plan system consisting of <br />Subdivisions, Rezoning, Zoning Violation and Board of Zoning Appeals modules <br />into a separate database application for South Bend Advisory Plan Commission. <br />Provider shall program the necessary changes according to the City's Department <br />of Community Investment's specific requirements. <br />The Provider shall develop the necessary links to the Building Permit and <br />Property databases. <br />The Provider shall integrate document management if requested by the City, <br />including but not limited to the capability of adding attachments to the Property <br />Records Database. <br />The Provider shall work with City IT technicians on connecting workstations to <br />the Provider's data center. <br />The Provider shall install FileMaker system software on designated workstations <br />and mobile devices and test connections <br />The Provider shall provide onsite training and onsite and remote support as <br />needed or requested. <br />WORK PLAN <br />Upon acceptance of this proposal, the Provider will make the copy of the Area Plan <br />application and setup user access to the application. This will be followed by the <br />installation of FileMaker on designated workstations and test connections to the City's <br />
