O eLlx <br />f7V <br />OP Y.p <br />the petition was approved and found to comply with the provisions <br />of Section 64 -1910 of Burns' Indiana Statutes, 1961 Replacement, <br />and said petition was received and placed on file. <br />After further consideration and discussion and on motion <br />duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Commission <br />ado ted Resolution No. 148 which had previously been prepared <br />by bond counsel at the request of the Commission, which Resolution <br />is ittached hereto and made a part hereof. <br />Mr. Bruce C. Hammerschmidt, attorney for the Commission, <br />sta ed that it would be necessary to hold a hearing on the <br />add'tional appropriation of the proceeds of the bonds not less <br />tha ten (10) days after the first publication and posting of <br />the notice of such hearing. After discussion and consideration <br />the Commission decided to hold such hearing at the office of <br />the Commission at 120 West LaSalle Avenue, Suite 1001, South <br />Ben , Indiana, at 3:00 o`clock P.M. (E.S.T.) or 2:00 o'clock <br />P.M.
