A meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission was held at the <br />.office of the Commission at Suite 1001, 120 West LaSalle Avenue in the City <br />,of South B nd, Indiana, on the 5th day of October, -1966, at 3 :00 o'clock <br />•P. M. (E.S.T.), being a special meeting of-said Commission and called pursuant <br />.to written notice personally delivered to all of the Commissioners in <br />-accordance with the By -Laws of the South - Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />The Commissioners were present or absent as follows: <br />Present <br />Donald A.
