This request consists of 5 parcels, and concludes the- - <br />Redevelopment Department's original purchase plans for <br />LaSalle Park. However, some adjustments might have to be <br />made later. A total of 236 parcels to date have been <br />submitted to Chicago DHUD office. <br />b. <br />Commission approval was given for acceptance and TWO .OPTION AGREE - <br />execution of two signed option agreements for Parcels 31 -8 MENTS APPROVED <br />and -30 -10 in LaSalle Park upon the motion by Mr. Koczan, FOR LASALLE PARK <br />seconded by Mr. Kompar. - <br />e. Resolution 147 authorizes filing of Amendatory- RESOLUTION 147-,,- <br />Application to increase Loan and Grant for Chapin Street R -29 <br />Project, R-29, to make relocation adjustment payments of <br />small busi esses, families and elderly individuals. The <br />Resolut -fa will be supported by other documents, and the <br />request will be for $89,500 of federal money. After federal <br />approval of this Amendatory Contract amount for.-the Chapin <br />Street Project, the staff will notify all eligible recipients <br />of relocation payments. The motion to adopt Resolution 147 <br />was made b Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Kompar, and received <br />Commission approval. <br />d. The Redevelopment Commission voted to affiliate with AGENCY MEMBERSHIP <br />the prefes- Tonal private organization on urban renewal, WITH NAHRO <br />housing, and code enforcement, the National Association of <br />Housing and Redevelopment Official -s (NAHRO). The motion <br />was introduced by Mr. Kompar, and seconded by Mr. Koczan <br />that the C ission become an Agency member for a period of <br />six months from October 1966 to April 1967, at a cost of $250. <br />e. Mr. Horvath, Aerospace Company, developer of Parcel <br />l (c) in the Sample Street Project, R -7, has asked to build a <br />garage --on - his property. In reviewing with the Area Plan <br />Commission it appears there is no objection. The staff and <br />legal council will pursue this possibility but at this time no <br />formal act on is to be taken by the Commission. <br />f.
