This request consists of 5 parcels, and concludes the- - Redevelopment Department's original purchase plans for LaSalle Park. However, some adjustments might have to be made later. The Resolut -fa will be supported by other documents, and the request will be for $89,500 of federal money. After federal approval of this Amendatory Contract amount for.-the Chapin Street Project, the staff will notify all eligible recipients of relocation payments. The motion to adopt Resolution 147 was made b Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Kompar, and received Commission approval. d. The Redevelopment Commission voted to affiliate with AGENCY MEMBERSHIP the prefes- Tonal private organization on urban renewal, WITH NAHRO housing, and code enforcement, the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Official -s (NAHRO). The motion was introduced by Mr. Kompar, and seconded by Mr. Koczan that the C ission become an Agency member for a period of six months from October 1966 to April 1967, at a cost of $250. e. Mr. Horvath, Aerospace Company, developer of Parcel l (c) in the Sample Street Project, R -7, has asked to build a garage --on - his property. In reviewing with the Area Plan Commission it appears there is no objection.
