However, <br />according to Bruce Hammerschmidt, the staff will be <br />unable to get a definite commitment until next month. <br />6. OLD 13USINESS <br />a, On the original list of acquisition approvals which RESOLUTION No. 143 <br />was approved, the resolution mentioned 80 parcels.. The <br />actual count of parcels contained in the list was 82, and <br />provisiom must be made for this change. After discussion, <br />it was a reed that there must be a resolution amending the <br />prior resolution- Upon motion by Mr. Kompar and seconded <br />by Mr. Louis, it was unanimously agreed to approve Resolu- <br />tion No. 143. <br />b, Mr. Chong stated that the credit report contract CREDIT REPORT <br />needs the signatures of those Commissioners who have not CONTRACT <br />already signed it. <br />c. All three reuse appraisals for LaSalle Park have LaSALLE PARK <br />been secured from North Central Appraisal Company, Mr. REUSE APPRAISALS <br />Babcock, and Dr. Rams or Urban Research Associates.
