7. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Legal Counsel, Bruce Hammerschmidt, and the Redevelopment <br />Commission in 1964 and 1965 has had an agreement in the form <br />of a motion for a $200 a month retainer fee. The Commission <br />,-approved the motion of Mr. Kompar, seconded by.Mr. Louis, that <br />the agreement be formalized in a contract to be signed by the <br />proper pr perties, for the same fee of $200 per month. <br />b. Mr. Chong reported on the educational programsof the <br />Indiana Urban Renewal Association's bimonthly meetings., The <br />attendance has increased considerably, and as many as-eighteen <br />cities are being represented. The�'next I.U,R.A, meeting is <br />March 11, 1966, in Indianapolis, and the topics will be on real <br />estate and public relations. The Commission approved the <br />motion of Mr. Kompar, seconded by Mr. Louis, that four (4) <br />staff members, tentatively Glenn Barbe, Mrs. Eva Kroft, <br />Mr. Chong, and one other staff member, and any Commissioner, <br />,attend this meeting with expenses paid by the Redevelopment <br />Commissi .. Mr. Kompar suggested that we advertise at this <br />meeting f r a possible interested real estate man to work on a <br />part tim basis. <br />` 8. PRA SS REPORTS <br />a.
