Gene Skeldon, LPA Secretary <br />All Commissioners were reappointed by the South Bend Redevelopment Trustees <br />on December 6, 1965, to serve for the year of 1966. Mr. Wilhelm thanked the <br />Commissioners for their "thankless" job, for they have well deserved and <br />earned the confidence of the Trustees. All present witnessed the swearing <br />in of the Commissioners by Mrs. Kathryn L. Blough, South Bend City Clerk. <br />Mr. Bruce Hammerschmidt by consent was appointed temporary chairman of <br />the meeting. <br />II. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Mr. Ha erschmidt announced the first order of business was the election <br />of offi ers, and opened the meeting for nominations. <br />Mr. Louis nominated Mr. Wiggins for President, seconded by Mr. Kompar, <br />and a u animous ballot was cast. <br />Mr. Wig ins nominated Mr. Louis for Vice President, seconded by Mr. Kompar, <br />and a u animous ballot was cast. <br />Mr. Wi <br />a unan <br />Mr. Lou <br />Mr. Kom <br />s nominated Mr. Kompar for Secretary, seconded by Mr. Louis, and <br />,s ballot was cast. <br />nominated Mr. Helmen for Assistant Secretary,. seconded by <br />, and a I unanimous ballot was cast. <br />� -1- <br />
